SecuriGroup continues security partnership with Glasgow City Council
December 12, 2025

SecuriGroup is delighted to continue our long-standing partnership with Glasgow City Council, delivering both static security and event safety services across a diverse range of properties, public spaces and events throughout the city.

Since 2015, we have worked closely with the Council to help protect people, property and places, supporting everything from the day-to-day security of public buildings to the safe delivery of some of Glasgow's most popular events. Our teams play an important role in creating welcoming, secure environments for residents, visitors, employees and event attendees alike.

The ongoing partnership reflects a shared commitment to keeping Glasgow safe while contributing positively to the communities we serve. Alongside delivering high-quality security services, we continue to support Glasgow City Council's sustainability ambitions through responsible business practices, local employment opportunities and initiatives that help deliver wider social value across the city.

By combining experienced people, intelligence-led security operations and a strong understanding of the local environment, we remain focused on helping create safe, welcoming and resilient spaces where communities can thrive.

Denis Connaghan, Regional Director, said:

"We are delighted to continue our partnership with Glasgow City Council. SecuriGroup has been proud to support the city for over a decade, and this new contract reflects the trust placed in our teams to deliver safe, welcoming environments for everyone across Glasgow."
