From real-time incident management to intelligence-led decision-making, Sharrie Munro sits at the heart of SecuriGroup's operational engine. As Security Operations & Intelligence Centre Manager, she provides strategic and operational oversight of our Intelligence & Security Operations Centre (ISOC), ensuring our teams remain connected, informed, and ready to respond when it matters most.
Working around the clock to support our people and clients, the SOIC plays a critical role in monitoring incidents, managing escalations, coordinating responses, and analysing intelligence that helps identify and mitigate potential risks before they become larger issues.
