In July 2021, Neil took on the role of Director for the Strategic Command Course, policing's most senior leadership programme. Neil remains active in writing, lecturing, and advising on matters of police, criminal justice, and national security.
SecuriGroup's Managing Director, Russel Kerr, said of the appointment "Neil's unparalleled experience and dedication to public safety made him an ideal fit for SecuriGroup and will enhance our core purpose to strengthen society. We are thrilled to have Neil on board and look forward to the invaluable insights and leadership he will bring to our organisation."
