Customer Service Representative - St Enoch Centre

To ensure the highest level of customer care and quality within St. Enoch Centre. Enthusiastically and consistently delivering on our mission of "Continually striving to surprise and engage the consumer and retailer by consistently delivering a superior customer experience."

The Customer Services Representative must ensure every customer interaction is carried out in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.


· Maintains a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre's services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities.

· Proactively seeks opportunities to create memorable customer interactions, assist customers and provide excellent service.

· As a representative of the Centre Team, establishes and maintains a strong rapport with retailers;

· Interacts with shoppers and retailers in a courteous and efficient manner.

· Responsible for driving gift card sales. Provides gift card training to retailers and “on call” service to retailers with gift card queries;

· Projects a positive attitude over the telephone and in person.

· Develops and maintains strong relationships with retailers and educates them about the centre's services.

· Assist customers by providing directions/information, answering questions, and performing other centre specific services as assigned.

· Maintains store knowledge about merchandise, price points, sales or special events to be able to offer gift or store suggestions based on the shopper's needs.

· Conducts all service functions of the Information desk.

· Assists with promotional events as required.

· Participates in special projects and assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Constantly strives to improve and build upon the centre's services and seeks new ideas to incorporate into service menu;

· Works closely with the marketing team to maintain a comprehensive understanding of all promotional activity in the centre for communication to shoppers and retailers;

· Assists the marketing team with promotional events and activities;

· Mall based customer service providing assistance with Centre policies and customer flow.

· Actively walking malls delivering customer service to customers


· Previous customer service experience preferred.

· Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with shoppers, retailers, Centre Management, service providers and all of the shopping centre personnel.

· Must be friendly, approachable, proactive and solution focused.

· Computer skills.

· Flexible and able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
