SecuriGroup is publishing the most recent Gender Pay Gap report, which is compiled annually to outline the gender pay gap between women and men employed throughout the company.
Organisations with more than 250 employees are required to publicly report their figures, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
The gender pay gap is a comparison between mean and median hourly pay between men and women, irrespective of their job or position.
