Iconic G1 Building Added To Our Portfolio

The G1 building is the newest addition to the SecuriGroup portfolio with global property management giant CBRE.

SecuriGroup will be providing G1 with high quality 24hr support, including security guarding and reception services.

The product of a £70 million redevelopment, the striking building was awarded the 'Best Commercial Office Development' by the British Council for Offices and is at the heart of Glasgow city centre, in the iconic George Square.

We are delighted to further develop our growing portfolio with CBRE and our position within the heart of Glasgow. G1 joins other city centre contracts such as its neighbour 9 George Square, St Vincent Plaza, The Eagle Building.

Through our experience and expertise across long-standing relationships with a number of leading facilities and property management companies, we are excited to further build on our relationship with CBRE and look forward to new opportunities throughout 2018 and beyond.

"Contracts such as the G1 further establishes our credentials as one of the UK's leading provider of corporate security services. We look forward in continuing to develop our relationship with CBRE."
