Manchester Terrorist Attack - Allan Burnett QPM, SecuriGroup

Following the Manchester terror attack and the rise in the UK Threat Level, SecuriGroup Operations Director Allan Burnett QPM was interviewed on Scotland Tonight on the 23rd of May.

Last night the Prime Minister raised the threat level from Severe to Critical for the first time since July 2007. The elevation to the highest notch means "not only that an attack remains highly likely but a further attack may be imminent".
