Savills Appoint SecuriGroup to Historic Grosvenor Building

Savills Appoint SecuriGroup to Historic Grosvenor Building

Property giant Savills appoint SecuriGroup as the security supplier for the Grosvenor Building, a prominent listed building.

SecuriGroup, rated within the top 5% of security companies in the UK, was chosen to provide the Grosvenor Building with award-winning security services, including a front-of-house security team, rapid keyholding response, and out-of-hours mobile patrols.

The historic site is the latest contract awarded to SecuriGroup in its growing portfolio with Savills, the industry leading property agency.

As a tier one approved supplier with the world-leading property agency, SecuriGroup has also been appointed to a range of UK properties.

We are very proud to have developed a great working relationship with Savills, and to see our portfolio continue to develop across the country.

The Grosvenor Building is an excellent addition to the corporate sites we manage within Glasgow, featuring six floors of Grade 'A' office accommodation at the heart of the city.

Iain Ramsay - SecuriGroup Regional Manager

First constructed in 1861, the Grosvenor building was designed by the famous architect, Alexander Thomson, who is behind many of the historic, listed buildings in the city.

The Glasgow Institute of Architects set up a scholarship in his name to help students study architecture. One of the first recipients of this award was Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
