Walk the Beat
We believe that a good and open relationship between employees and managers is an essential part of staff development. This is the idea behind our ‘Walk the Beat’ initiative, whereby managers will regularly visit our sites to have a chat with our front line staff. This allows them to understand and discuss any issues and to form a personal rapport with every employee, ensuring our staff feel cared for and listened to.
