The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at individual and team levels and be equally comfortable in communication with front line staff, managers, clients, members of the public and the local police. Previous supervisor experience is essential along with SIA Door Supervisors badge and must be able to drive and have access to a car.
Duties include producing weekly staff rotas, managing time off requests, providing cover for sickness, delivering high customer service levels, acting as duty manager when required, collecting timesheets and any other duties required by the company.
