ISO 9001 is one of the most widely implemented quality standards in the world, used across diverse commercial sectors. SecuriGroup uses ISO 9001:2008 as the peg upon which to hang its SIA Approved Contractor accreditation, and augments this with the following British Standards: BS 7960, BS 7858, BS 7499, BS 7984, BS 8507 and BS 7958. SecuriGroup works to these standards and is audited on them by BSI.
The ISO 9000 series of standards are business tools used by SecuriGroup to ensure effectiveness and consistency in the management of its client contracts. Beyond this, the “plan, do, check and act” methodology described by the standard assists SecuriGroup to focus on continuous improvement, client needs and improved client satisfaction. SecuriGroup recently refreshed its business commitment to the ISO 9000 series by upgrading its Integrated Business Management System to ISO 9001:2008.
