Investor in People is a popular and widely implemented standard which gives organizations a framework of key indicators around HRM (Human Resource Management) and staff management against which to work. These include corporate Learning and Development, Performance Measurement and Recognition and Reward. IIP is audited primarily by an external interviewer conducting a random sample of telephone and in person interviews with staff at all levels of the organization.
