SecuriGroup’s Compliance Department was established in 2007 just before the final stages of SIA licensing becoming implemented in Scotland. The department’s primary remit was to ensure that Operational teams would be able to fulfil client service requirements, by ensuring a consistent and effective approach to staff badging. The Compliance Department has developed since then, continuing to offer a one stop shop for staff SIA licensing, but adding to this, the staff screening and vetting function ensuring that all staff being deployed into client sites have been subject to the exacting terms of BS 7858. Beyond this, The Compliance Department also ensures that all staff deployed can demonstrate required UK government right to work documentation. This support extends to the development of all quality related projects, including Investors in People, ISO 9001:2008, the SIA’s Approved Contractors’ scheme and SAFEContractors Scheme. |
